Every Rung, Same Sentence
Here's one hard sentence about volcanoes — read the ReadRungs way, from Rung 1 to the real thing.
Magma is hot, melted rock under the ground. It has gas stuck inside it, kind of like a shaken-up soda can. When magma moves up near the top, there's less stuff pushing down on it, so the gas wants to get out. If the magma is thick, the gas can't leak out slow — it blasts out fast. That fast blast is what makes a volcano explode instead of just flowing out.
the real thing, word for wordEasier words. Never less truth.
For Parents
Nothing Gets Cut
Every rung tells the whole story — same facts, same events, just easier words. The summit is never a shortcut; it's the original text, unchanged, word for word.
Progress Is Proven, Not Assumed
Every rung ends with a 3-question quiz before your child can climb higher. Missing more than one keeps them on that rung until they've actually got it.
Real Texts, Not Worksheets
Paste in the actual chapter, article, or assignment your child is reading — not a generic passage picked for them. Whatever they're assigned or just curious about works the same way.
Your Child's Reading Stays Private
There's no account to create and nothing to sign up for. Your child's progress saves only on this device, and we don't run ads. Nothing your child reads, and nothing they type, is ever stored on our servers.
